How RootCalm completion is verified
A printed completion page proves nothing about who sat through the course. This is the chain of evidence behind every RootCalm certificate — and how any third party can check it in under a minute.

Step 1 · about 10 seconds
Find the certificate ID and QR code
Every certificate prints a unique ID in the footer, next to a QR code. Both point at the same public record — use whichever is easier on the copy in front of you.
- Certificate ID looks like RC-COURT-XXXXXX
- QR code sits bottom-right, above the clinician signature block
- Participant name matches the name on the court file
1. Participant enrols and completes identity verification
Government photo ID is captured and checked for authenticity, then matched against a liveness-verified selfie. Enrolment cannot proceed without a pass.
2. Modules are completed in sequence
Modules unlock one at a time. Time on task is recorded, and a minimum engagement threshold must be met before a module is marked complete.
3. Knowledge checks and assessments are graded
Quizzes are graded server-side and cannot be edited by the participant. The validated DAR-5 self-report measure is administered before the program and again at the end.
4. Identity is re-verified before the final assessment
A second biometric check confirms that the person finishing the program is the person who started it. Every verification event is timestamped.
5. Completion criteria are checked by the system
All modules, all quizzes, all reflections, the post-program assessment and the identity re-check must pass. Partial work never produces a certificate.
6. Certificate is issued with a QR code
The certificate carries the participant name, tier, contact hours, dates, clinician registration numbers and a unique certificate ID encoded in a QR code.
7. Anyone can verify it — no account required
Scanning the QR code, or entering the certificate ID on the public verification page, returns the current status: valid, revoked or not found.

Can I confidently refer my client here?
- •Request the court packet and forward it to the prosecutor or probation officer before your client pays.
- •Free program-outline letter addressed to a named court, available before your client pays.
- •Full programme-fee refund if the relevant authority refuses the programme for its content within 7 days of enrolment. This does not apply after acceptance or order, to participant misconduct, or to dissatisfaction with results.
- •Attorney portal shows real-time client progress with the client's signed consent.
- •Every enrolled participant may attend the optional twice-monthly facilitator-led group Q&A. Attendance is facilitator-marked and retained on the internal compliance file, but it is not a completion requirement or itemised on court reports.
- •Tier 3 includes monthly asynchronous educational check-ins with a written clinician response across the 12-month programme. They are not psychotherapy or a forensic assessment.

Can I quickly determine whether this person actually complied?
- •Enter the certificate ID or scan the QR code for an instant valid / revoked / not found answer.
- •Request the final compliance report: module dates, time on task, quiz scores, attendance and the identity-verification log.
- •Non-completion is reported honestly — a partial-progress statement is headed NOT A COMPLETION.
- •Revoked certificates fail verification at the same public URL.
If you are the judge
What does this certificate actually mean?
- •It certifies completion of a psychoeducational anger management education program — not psychotherapy and not a psychological evaluation.
- •Contact hours, tier and completion dates are printed on the face of the certificate.
- •Pre/post standardised scores document change in anger-related attitudes and behaviour. They are not offered as proof of rehabilitation.
- •Acceptance remains entirely the court's decision. RootCalm claims no court approval.

What this program is, precisely
RootCalm Court Compliance is a psychoeducational anger management program. It is not psychotherapy, does not constitute a psychological or psychiatric evaluation, and is not intended to replace individualised clinical treatment where such treatment has been ordered or recommended.
Standardised measures document change in anger-related attitudes and behaviour from pre-program to post-program. They are not offered as proof of rehabilitation. Acceptance of the program is determined by the referring court, prosecutor or supervising authority.
