Court-refusal refund policy
If a court, probation officer, or supervising authority refuses the programme for its content within 7 days of enrolment, email the written refusal to support@root-calm.com and we refund the programme fee in full. This does not apply after acceptance or order, to participant misconduct, or to dissatisfaction with results. It sits alongside the standard 5 business day cooling-off right in our Terms. No programme — ours or anyone else's — is pre-approved by a court; acceptance always remains at the discretion of the presiding officer.
