Men's Program Preview
Preview Module 1 of the men's anger management programme and then continue with the full track when you are ready.
Module 1: Understanding & Calming Your Anger
Anger is a dashboard warning light, not a character flaw. Before you can change anything, your nervous system needs to feel safe. Module 1 teaches you the neuroscience of anger, maps your personal body signals, connects them to the real triggers and background states (SAD HATS) that fire them, and gives you portable Reset skills — plus an honest audit of what anger has already cost you, so your reason to change is louder than the next impulse.
Module 2: Identifying Your Triggers
Module 1 gave you a first look at your triggers and body-signal map. Module 2 goes deeper: external triggers (who / where / when / what was said), internal triggers (tiredness, hunger, old wounds, unmet needs), the SAD HATS states already carrying, and the repeat patterns your last flare-ups share. Builds directly on the body-map you started in Module 1 — no duplication.
Module 3: Your Anger Cycle, Type, Style & Pattern
You already met your Anger Type and Style briefly in Module 1. Module 3 goes deeper: your personal escalation cycle from spark to aftermath, your dominant style across contexts (Stuffing / Escalating / Managing), and how your type + style + trigger pattern combine into one predictable shape you can interrupt earlier. Extends — never repeats — the Module 1 introduction.
Module 4: Recognising Your Thought Patterns
Between the trigger and the reaction is a thought. Module 4 teaches you the 12 cognitive distortions and helps you spot which ones are running the show in your own head.
Module 5: Roots: What's Really Underneath
The deep work. Module 5 gently looks at childhood patterns, family beliefs, past hurts, unmet needs and identity wounds sitting under your anger — because if you skip the roots, the surface keeps growing back.
Module 6: Changing Core Beliefs & Reframing
Now that you can see the thought and know its root, you can change it. Module 6 is the CBT cognitive-restructuring engine of the programme — hot thoughts, evidence for/against, perspective checks, and cooler reframes that actually stick.
Module 7: Assertive Communication
Anger often means an unspoken need. Module 7 gives you the language to speak up early, clearly and respectfully — so you don't have to explode to be heard.
Module 8: Conflict Resolution & Active Listening
You will disagree. That's normal. Module 8 teaches the listening + repair skills that turn a fight into a conversation, whether the other person cooperates or not.
Module 9: Heal Yourself: Reparenting, Self-Forgiveness & Gratitude
The person your anger has damaged most is often you. Module 9 turns the healing toward yourself with reparenting, self-forgiveness and daily nervous-system care.
Module 10: Heal Relationships: Forgiveness, Apology & Reconnection
Some relationships can be repaired. Some need boundaries. Module 10 helps you tell the difference and gives you the tools to do either with dignity.
Module 11: Your Personal Prevention & Response Plan
Module 11 pulls every worksheet, insight and reframe from the programme into one exportable Personal Prevention & Response Plan you can hand to your therapist, PO, attorney or partner.
Module 12: Your Journey Summary & What's Next
Module 12 closes the programme with a full personalised summary, a post-programme outcome score, your certificate of completion, and a maintenance plan so the change actually holds.
