Maternal anger is rarely about the child. It sits on top of exhaustion, invisible load, unmet needs and, very often, the way you were parented yourself. The course works on all four rather than telling you to count to ten.

Each day pairs a short teaching with a practice you can do while the kettle boils, plus a reflection you can write in bed. You will learn what your body does in the ninety seconds before you shout, and how to use that window.

Repair is treated as a skill in its own right. You get age-appropriate scripts for apologising to a toddler, a school-age child and a teenager without loading them with your guilt.

What you will be able to do

    • Catch the pre-shout warning signs in your own body
    • Regulate in under two minutes in a loud house
    • Repair with your child in a way that builds trust
    • Separate your own childhood pattern from today's parenting
    • Reduce guilt spirals after a hard day
