    The Road Rage Management Programme

A driving-specific anger programme for people who are calm everywhere except behind the wheel — and for anyone facing an aggressive-driving matter who needs documented work.

Cars create a very particular set of conditions: anonymity, perceived threat, time pressure and no way to talk it out. The programme addresses each of those directly instead of applying generic anger advice.

You map your own driving triggers, learn in-car regulation drills you can use at speed and at a red light, and rehearse the specific moments that escalate — being cut off, tailgated, blocked or gestured at.

For court or employer matters the programme produces the same time-stamped attendance and completion documentation as our court-ready track.

What you will be able to do

    • Identify your specific driving triggers and their pattern
    • Use in-car regulation drills safely while driving
    • Break the retaliation loop after being provoked
    • Plan journeys to lower time pressure and threat perception
    • Documented completion for court, employer or insurer

    What the programme covers

Speed, risk and testosterone: the factors that turn driving into a competition, and how to opt out.

    Driving module 3

Commute stress and route planning: time-of-day strategies, alternatives and pre-drive rituals.

    Driving module 4

Legal consequences and decision points: the decision tree behind charges, suspension and worse.

    Driving module 5

Passenger dynamics and family safety: modelling calm driving for partners and children.

    Driving module 6

De-escalation when confronted: verbal scripts and safety protocols for real confrontations.
