How we prove the right person did the work
The most common objection to an online programme is simple: how does the court know the participant didn't send someone else? RootCalm answers that with biometric identity verification built into the court programme.
ID check at enrolment

Before you enrol — run a free pre-approval check
US courts vary on whether they accept online or out-of-state providers. Generate a free programme description letter in under a minute — no payment, no waiting on email — and lodge it with the court or supervising officer before your client enrols. If the relevant authority then refuses the programme for its content within 7 days of enrolment, email the written refusal to support@root-calm.com and we refund the programme fee in full.
The exception does not apply after acceptance or order, to participant misconduct, or to dissatisfaction with results.
We do not claim to be "court approved" — no US body pre-approves online providers across jurisdictions. We give the court the documentation to decide, and refund you if it says no.
Case-specific review, not a state-level promise
Requirements can differ between courts in the same state. We therefore do not publish inferred state acceptance. Review the course packet with the attorney, probation officer, clerk, or other ordering authority before enrolment.
What we do not offer: state-certified Batterer Intervention Programs (BIP), domestic-violence treatment, or in-person classes. Anger management only, online only.

What this program is, precisely
RootCalm Court Compliance is a psychoeducational anger management program. It is not psychotherapy, does not constitute a psychological or psychiatric evaluation, and is not intended to replace individualised clinical treatment where such treatment has been ordered or recommended.
The standardised DAR-5 measure documents change in anger-related attitudes and behaviour from pre-program to post-program. They are not offered as proof of rehabilitation or as a risk assessment.
Acceptance is determined by the referring court, prosecutor or supervising authority. A free pre-approval letter is available before enrolment, and how completion is verified is documented in full.
